(3R Guarantees: Return, Reship, Refund)

We are the first online store provides 3R Guarantees:

•  30 Days Returns Guarantees  All items could be returned for exchange/refund within 30 days without reasons.

•  Reship Guarantees for non-received items  We promise all the items would be delivered to your hand. If the parcel(s) is/are lost or returned due to any reason, we will send it to you again for free. We recommend use registered postal service if your mail is lost sometimes.

•  Refund Guarantees  If the product(s) is/are broken, defective or not as description, we will refund you full amount plus the postage you sent the item back. Otherwise, we will refund the value you paid for the product only.

Terms and Conditions:

•  Important! Please write the E2 INVOICE NUMBER in the envelop/box when you send the item back.
