Q: How to register for a new account?
A: For new customers, you must first register for a new account before you would order from us. The Register button is located on the top left side of the page, just beneath the logo "Talk n Deal". Click on it and you are pretty much done. Fill in the fields requested (fields with * ), and any additional information you want to let us know as well, press submit, and you are ready to begin shopping!
Q: How to log on to my account?
A: There is no need to register again for returning customers. Simply log on with your registered details and you would shop. The Log in button is located on the top left side of the page, next to the Register button. Fill in your registered email address and password, click log in. And you are on the way.
Q: I saw a wide range of goods. How do I find the one I want?
A: We divided our products into different categories. You would see the different categories on the left side of the page. The same type of products are grouped together into one categories. For example, if you click on the batteries link, you would find all models of battery we have in stock. If you are looking for a specific item, you would use the search function located on the top left corner of the page, just below the Home/Register/Log in key. Simply type the model name and item (for example, w850 crystal case), and the next page will show the link to the item, provided that we have it in stock.
Q: What does the Negotiation button do?
A: We are bringing in a new concept of e-shopping. In the item page, as you would notice, there is a Negotiation button just under the Add this to my cart button. You would actually negotiate the price of the item with us using this negotiation feature. You would put in the desired price in the box in the pop-up screen. If your offer is accepted, the system will tell you so. You would then close the pop-up window and add the item to your shopping cart. Otherwise, the system will urge you to give a better price. Or you would simply close the pop-up screen and order the item at its original price.
Q: Please explain the checkout process.
A: After clicking Add this to my cart, you will be brought to the shopping cart screen. There are a few things you could do here. You would adjust the quantity, go back to shop for more items, check estimated postages, or check out. Press Go to check out when you are ready. On the next screen, you would change the address you want the item(s) to be shipped to, and the shipping method. You would choose to ship the item(s) with normal airmail (no tracking no.) or registered airmail (with tracking no.). If you have some special instructions or comments, you would also leave it on this page.
In the next screen, you would choose your payment method. We accept both Visa and Master card for payment. For cheque payments, money orders, telegraphic transfer (or called TT, to our Hong Kong bank account) or local bank deposit, please see attachment.
We hold promotions from time to time, if you happen to win a discount coupon, you would drop down the coupon number on this page as well to receive special discounts. When everything is confirmed, go to the next screen. You are now only one step away from completing the order.
The last screen shows all details involve in your order. If you want to make any last minute changes, you would do it here. Otherwise, press Confirm the order, and DONE!
Q: I have a complaint to make. What should I do?
A: Firstly, log on to your account. There is a link on the bottom left of the page which says Complaint/Report to us. Go to that page.
Fill in the order number you wish to make a complaint with. In the drop box below, choose the criteria which suits your situation. Some criteria will need additional details. A blank text box will appear if it does. Fill in all required fields and press submit. Our customer service team will get back to you within the next 2 working days.
Q: I choose to ship with registered airmail. How do I find my tracking number?
A: Please log on to your account. Look for a link named Tracking no. on the left side of the page. The link should direct to our company's main page. There you will be asked for your full name (or the recipient's name you put when you placed the order). Simply fill in your name and the tracking no. will show up on the screen.
Q: How do I return an item?
Details of our company's address would be found on our main site. Please contact us first before shipping back an item. Go to the Complaint/Report to us page, and fill in the problem. Our customer service representative will advise you what to do, and the item may not need to be shipped back. In case it does, our customer service representative will give you instructions in how to ship back the item as well. Replacement, exchange or refund will be made after the returned item arrives.

Details for payment by cheque, money order, telegraphic transfer (or called TT, to our Hong Kong bank account) or local bank deposit
Cheque payments, money orders, telegraphic transfer (TT):
- Payable amount exceeds USD$30
- For customers locate in US or Canada, the money order would be sent locally to our agent, as we have agents stationing at the respective countries
- Please leave a note in the mail which would identiy yourself. This is very important as we have no way to know who a money order is from just by itself.
Local bank deposit/transfer:
- This option is only available for customers locate in Australia, Germany or USA
- Please leave a reference when you make the deposit/transfer, or we will have difficulties identifying who the fund is from
