The world varies everyday. Efficiency is our feature to adapt the changes. Our company structure is simplest. We have 5 Teams: administrative, sales, customer service, merchandising and warehouse. There are in parallel format and direct response to the general manager.

E2 follows the rule of SA8000. No child labor or illegal employee will be appeared in E2. The salary for all staffs is above the minimum requirement in law. They need not to work overtime or being embezzled part of wage. More than that, E2 provides different welfare like staff insurance, free milk in the morning, loan service on digital devices. etc

On the other hand, E2 encourages environmental protection. All the electronic devices and computers in E2 meet the standard of Energy Star. On Jan 2008, E2 discards the unnecessary packages for all products. All the suppliers for E2 should meet three requirements.

1. Pass International product standard. e.g. ISO 14001, CE, FCC
2. No child labor
3. Have environmental concerning policy
